The Great Plains Consultant will be an integral member of our Great Plains Development Team. This person will be responsible for the internal delivery of implementation and deployment services, as it relates to developing reporting and functional enhancements to the GP Dynamics ERP System including integration with third party software. This is a contract position initially and will be available as an ongoing opportunity to work with a diversified technology company.
Qualifications
Required
• Experience with Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics 9 and 10.0.
• Ability to document specifications
• Organized, logical, methodical, responsive
• Business process & systems analysis/integration skills
Preferred
• Great Plains Dynamics knowledge including Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, Sales Order Processing, Project Accounting, Field Service
• Ability to research transactional issues, identify root causes, recommend & drive resolution
• Ability to assist with system administration activities
o Chunk/patch installation
o Service Pack installation
o Upgrade installation
