Onity is seeking a motivated and resourceful professional to lead and manage all aspects of engineering product development projects including schedule, cost, development partner relationships and day to day activities.

Essential Functions:
-Plan (schedule, budget) engineering projects
-Lead creation of product requirements documents to determine project scope and required effort
-Manage day to day activities of assigned projects to ensure timely and reliable completion of deliverables
-Coordinate and facilitate project design reviews
-Project technical leadership where needed for timely resolution of project challenges

JOB REQUIREMENTS: -
B.S Engineering, electrical, mechanical or software.
Masters preferred. -Familiar with stage gate project management process
-5 years experience managing engineering projects with demonstrated ability to manage medium sized projects ($1M-$2M budgets)
-Must have good planning and budgetary skills
-Can lead resources (people, support) to get tasks completed
-Must have the ability to effectively interface with all levels of management.
-Can analyze both successes and failures for clues to improvement
-Can handle multiple activities at once to accomplish goals
-Exchanges information with appropriate people to complete work
-Computer knowledge required: MS Office, Visio, MS Project Onity, a division of UTC Fire and Security, is a worldwide leader in the marketing and distribution of electronic locks and safes to the hospitality and commercial segments
