Located 15 minutes north of I-20 off Hwy 138...........5 miles from the Georgia International Horse Park
* 2 pastures with clean grounds, fresh fed creeks &le shade
* 12X12 stalls & 2 foaling stalls-w/heat lamps,windows&power outlet at each stall
* 2 tack rooms, lounging room w/ refrigerator & fireplace--seperate feed room
* fully equipped & lighted wash rack w/hot/cold water, cross ties & drainage
* open air, paved barn flooring, horse ties throughout the barn, and sliding doors for winter weather
* riding rign, round ring, and paddoc areas
* "in house" veterinarian & farrier services scheduled monthly, (unless otherwise requested)
Boarding Fee Schedule
A) Full Stall Board = $300.00 Feed, Hay Provided & Clean Stall
B) Reg. Stall Board=$250.00 Feed, Hay, YOU clean stall
C) Full Pasture = $175.00 Feed, Hay Only
D) Reg. Pasture = $130.00 You Feed
Lessons:
Introduction to Equesterian:
Ages 5-15 One Hour =$50.00 per child All Inclusive "fun" camp style
Ages 16-adult One Hour=$50.00 per person tailored to each individual
