I am an experienced commercial electrical estimator. I have eight years experience using McCormick Systems and also unit pricing. I also manage projects, but typically smaller projects (up to $500K). My commercial experience is in the following: churches, retail, office, warehouse, multi- family, multi-purpose mid and high-rise residential projects (commercial app, no romex). I also have experience doing design build projects. Also, extensive experience estimating projects through design budget stages, from written narratives, schematic plans working directly with general contractors and sometimes, developers.
