College emphasis in business
Some customer service experience
2-5 years finance and or management expereinceexperience
Ability to work weekends and shift hours regularly
Travel and short term stays in different regions outside the Atlanta area

Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, and have proven ability to learn new systems applications
Learns daily operations of the branch office.
Requires a college diploma or its equivalent with 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly-used accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
GAAP experience and testing necessary
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision in the Atlanta area.
Good oral and written communication skills combined with analytical skills, such as the ability to structure a clear argument and a keen attention to detail.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
CPA candiates desired
Typically reports to the Regional Manager in Atlanta.
Training to develop and implement internal procedures so that the accounting staff know how to operate the records management system.
Good time management and self-organisation skills, including an ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
Disbursement of checks for agency expenses.
Development of individual program budgets
Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.
COMPETANCIES:
Managing day to day processing of accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks, producing reports as requested.
Reconciling monthly activity, generating year-end reports, and fulfilling tax related requirements.
Assisting Executive Director and Board in creating annual organizational budget and monitoring cash flow.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
Budget development and oversight experience
