Parsons is currently seeking a Field Project Manager in Atlanta, GA
Responsible to manage the contractors, architects, testing agency and other project participants in the successful execution of schedule, cost, and quality aspects of assigned projects
Communicate with principals and area superintendents to ensure timely coordination and proper status of assigned projects
Create and distribute project documentation in a timely manner, including official letters, meeting minutes, and field reports with photographs
Process Contract-related documents in a timely manner, including Task Order Letters, Invoices, Change Orders, and Notices to Proceed
Work with the Director of Construction to identify resources needed to address project issues
Ensure compliance with the Parsons Safety and QA programs on assigned projects
Interface with Program/Planning personnel in transitioning management responsibility for projects that are leaving the planning / pre-design phase and entering the design and construction phases.
Coordinate with Project Controls Department for proper management of assigned projects
Provide warranty services during the one-year period after substantial completion of each assigned project
