Litigation Presentation, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Flash Designer who is interested in elevating the standards of design in the legal community and persuading jurors with cutting edge technology and interactive design utilizing Flash.Freelance assignments also considered.

The Flash Designer is responsible for creating animated interactive visual materials for courtroom presentations which are aligned with specific case objectives.Exhibits must be designed to engage, educate, and persuade legal decision makers based on desired case outcomes. This role requires an individual who is naturally analytical, innovative and interested in learning about a variety of case topics; is able to apply highly polished design sensibility and Flash skills toward solving visual problems; and is highly driven toward client satisfaction and quality work product.This position directly reports to the President/Studio Manager and receives daily work direction from Case Managers and/or the Traffic Coordinator.

Requirements:
• 3+ years progressive experience designing in Flash; experienced with building interactive presentations for the desktop
• Advanced visual animation skills using Flash, with intermediate-level knowledge of AS2/AS3
• Advanced expertise in Adobe CS 2
• Proficiency on Windows platform
• Fine Arts degree preferred, or 2+ years experience in a creative environment
• 3ds Max experience a plus, but not required
• Analyticaland technical ability to comprehend a variety of complex case matter topics
• High level of organizational and time-management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong customer service skills while interacting with other members of the project team and directly with clients
• Self-starter, ability to commit to projects and follow through to completion
• Proactive in pushing Flash technology to its limits; researching and implementing innovative use of Flash techniques and features
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressures of tight deadlines and high-volume work
• Ability to receive and apply critical feedback on design work
• Willingness and availability to work evening and weekend hours on short notice
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10-15% upon client request
