Gourmet meal delivery business seeks food production manager. Duties to include following recipe standards, health and sanitation standards, and working well with others. Must have OWN reliable transportation. Must be able to deligate and oversee production ensuring the highest of standards and consistency. The position is hands on and requires intimate knowledge of food preparation and sanitation methods. Must be available to work all off premise catering events and manage daily kitchen duties.A working knowledge of basic computer functions is required for us to train you to be fluent with order and delivery systems.Two or more years experience managing people and kitchen systems.Will have staff of 4-5 people to use as needed.Must pass basic culinary test Hours approx 45-55 hours a week Sundays are mandatory
