At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst in our Duluth, GA location.
This role will be supporting HP GRP with tactical financial analysis and reporting activities including financial statement preparation, key stakeholder reporting (to include Sales Rebate Tracking and Performance Metrics), journal entry preparation, and balance sheet reconciliation. The candidate will also be responsible for administrating the sales sub-ledger database.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Tactical analysis and forecasting activities, to include forecast/budget file management, vendor and partner rebate tracking
Reporting (except MDF Dashboard)
Select financial controls
Design rebate calculator to better identify future HP payouts
Provide detail forecasting, sales tracking and metric tracking
Complete compensation tracking and metric review
Understand all compensation plans and work with Finance Manager to set quotas and targets for field
Work with Denver to complete all compensation related calculations
Analyze partner performance, provide weekly and period quota tracking
Maintain control review of marketing spend, manage partner rebates plus develop and manage rebate earnings,
Coordinate with Finance Manager to identify goal setting for VARS to properly motivate them to increase sales
Prepare weekly and period related flash reports and manage any related dashboard requirements
Update Looking Glass weekly
Basic Qualifications:
· Five years of related experience
· Accounting knowledge
· Advanced MS Excel and Access database proficiency
· Time management skills
· Ability to meeting deadlines
· Experience with Oracle Financials
