Freelance Flash Web Designer needed for contract-based project work. This is NOT a fulltime position. I have an Internet marketing services company and my current Flash designer is committed on other projects. I need clean, functional, artistic Flash elements for web designs and redesigns or adaptations of PowerPoint presentations with voice over.
