Front office assistant needed for small company in Alpharetta. We are looking for a candidate who is punctual, professional and has a pleasant personality. The candidate must have the ability to multi-task, take initiative and must be hardworking. Hours of work will be 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Duties will include: -Front office coverage -Answering multi-line phone and directing to appropriate departments -Maintain office and breakroom supplies -Organizing and filing -Greeting visitors -Scanning documents -Maintain delivery and receipt of packages -Assist office when necessary Qualifications: -College degree preferred -At least 2 years of administrative experience -Microsoft office experience (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) -Dependable transportation Please email your resume and cover letter by April 9th.
