GREAT STUDIO SPACES
At this time there are (2) artists work studio available for rent.
Each studio is (9' x 7') and rents for $300.00 per month.
They are secured private spaces and have 24-hour access.
Feel free to paint, hang shelves and make it your own.
With this rental agreement each of these artist will receive a
section of wall space in the gallery to show work.
All artists will be permanently represented in the gallery for every show through the duration of their lease.
Only renting artists will receive a higher percentage over the standard 50/50 with other artists on the sales of their work in the gallery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right artist looking to advance their career with onsite exposure and the opportunity to gain the knowledge of an established art gallery while working within that very environment.

Fine Line Gallery is now reviewing all types and styles of artist’s work to be considered for representation by the gallery. Don't second-guess what you think is gallery worthy. All types of art will be considered.

Artists of all levels and styles are invited to submit work to the gallery for display. I am only requiring a minimum of 3 pieces to show your work. New, untrained, self-taught and outsider artist that have artwork they would like to displayed for the public to see should contact the gallery. This artist will receive a 50% draw on the sale off their work.
The over all goal of the FINE LINE GALLERY is to provide a venue for established and new artist to show their work side by side and share the experiences and knowledge that they have acquired throughout their artistic life with each other.
