The International Center for Postgraduate Medical Education (ICPME) provides independent, quality continuing education for physicians and other health care professionals to improve medical care for patients and their communities. In addition to our ongoing focus on radiology, ICPME provides educational programs in neurology, dermatology, female health care, and business management. Sales Skills: This is a part-time job.* Contacting and following up with leads Responsibilities include but are not limited to: establish cost tracking requirements from funding and estimates and monitor progress to evaluate productivity. A high level of field scheduling/cost control is required. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Administration or equivalent experience. Prepare plans for, and technically oversee, purchase orders/contracts for Mechanical engineered equipment, specifically/chemical process (tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, tanks, etc.) BSME (preferred) or equivalent experience, minimum 5 years, 10 preferred. Must be self-starter, technically oriented, background in Commercial or DOE nuclear environment, experienced in handling contracts/dealing with vendors; clear/concise communicators (interfaces with multiple project organizations and suppliers), excellent writing skills (may also write specifications) with follow-up/follow-thru on commitments.Prepare field project estimates, plans and schedules by interpreting design drawings and specifications. Monitoring/estimating change orders to support forecasting final cost in industrial facilities. Able to comprehend complex scope and scheduling tasks. Satisfy all regular reporting requirements on a weekly basis, and provide thorough analysis and presentation of findings. Maintain timely reporting as directed with regard to travel, expenses, planning, and calls. Compensation: Hourly fee negotiable? Company paid medical benefits District Manager Location: Myrtle Beach KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Provide support to project selection, scoping, reviewing and certifying to ensure effective application of tools and alignment with business strategy and help establish continuous improvement goals. Training and Experience 5 years minimum project controls experience with an emphasis on field cost tracking and change management in a heavy industrial environment. An emphasis in subcontract construction management is preferred. Experience in the use of Microsoft office software products required (Excel, Word).
