Responsibilities • Identifying and attracting high caliber clients • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the Atlanta area • Developing and implementing procedures to ensure account growth • Developing accounts, while building up your own business and encouraging new business leads • Achieving growth in new and existing account formats • Understanding the business needs of clients • Developing relationships with Senior Technology Professionals such as: CIOs, VPs of IT, Development Managers, Senior Network Administrators, DBAs, and other technology leaders • This person will work in conjunction with the Managing Director and internal recruiting team Requirements • Strong customer service focus/skills • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills • Minimum of 3 years' selling experience within the staffing industry, particularly the IT arena • Creative problem-solving • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships • Ability to organically grow accounts • Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize, multitask, manage complex workload and handle pressure • Working proficiency with MS Offfice Suite
