You will handle customer questions and complaints. You will also handle billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy andprofessionalism. Your main goal is to offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's business. There will also betimes where you will handle business transactions in connection with activation of new customer accounts on a computer terminal. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS NORMALLY REQUIRED:
1. Answers customer inquiries concerning services, products, billing, equipment, and claims.
2. Work in one or multiple queues/skill sets.
3. Improve customer retention through programs and services.
4. Utilizes systems to initiate and completeservice orders.
5. Maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
