We are a large telecom company and we are seeking a junior network engineer to help us with the fast growth of our company. This duty will perform audits of tower light alarm functionality into the NOC. Field technicians will call into the NOC and this position will walk techs through a checklist of items, documenting the audit results into a tool. This position will open up data integrity tickets, work order tickets, or establish 3 way telephone calls with other teams to resolve Netcool, Probe, CTS/CSS/Granite, or Syntax issues
Requires a minimum of two years experience in a field relating to wireless operations and engineering. Familiarity with Fault Alarming and remedy based ticketing systems is Preferred.
