Analytical Environmental Services, a growing and successful laboratory, is seeking an entry level, full-time, permanent log-in technician for our sample receiving department. The candidate must have at least an associate’s degree in a physical or life science. The duties include the following: will help with sample transfer between departments within the laboratory, physically unload and receive samples, log-in samples with the aid of a computer database and review data generated prior to the next level of review.
The candidate must be the following: very detail-oriented, dependable, flexible to changes, have the ability to work in a FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT, knowledge of how to navigate the internet, able to do some light lifting and be a team player.
The schedule will be Tuesday-Friday(10AM-7PM), Saturday(10AM-2PM). Some overtime may be required.
The starting salary is $10 to $11 per hour. Opportunity for performance-based salary increase after 90 days. We are a drug free work place. PLEASE DO NOT CALL EMPLOYER.
