Company is looking for a marketing professional who can utilize their marketing expertise(including brand and campaign management, marketing communications and public relations, and meeting planning) to participate in the growth and success of the organization.This is a perfect opportunity for you as their newest Marketing Manager to support sales and account management teams in North America, South America and Canada (The Americas). This exciting, Atlanta-based role will offer the right candidate a great chance to plan all aspects of a rapidly expanding organization marketing efforts in The Americas division. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Business Development, you will work closely with sales specialists, line of business managers, and business development managers to determine the most effective ways to promote solutions and services.This career opportunity involves a wide range of marketing activities such as campaign management, event management and public relations activities. Primary responsibilities include: Creating new opportunities within each market to introduce company to airlines, hotels and other travel-related organizations Working in coordination with Corporate Marketing in India to promote Company brand and extend the corporate message whenever and wherever possible Developing marketing strategies (together with sales specialists and business development managers) on how best to reach prospective clients Planning and managing all public relations activities within The Americas Planning and managing campaigns, monitoring the effectiveness of each campaign while managing deadlines and budgets Organizing the production of brochures, banners, posters, etc. Creating basic PowerPoint presentations, as needed for sales presentations Researching speaking opportunities for executives at key industry events to further promote company. Monitoring industry news, reporting on client news, events, client speaking engagements Managing and coordinating all trade show activities, conferences and sales meetings in The Americas Completing marketing plans and projects, as needed Requirements for this role are: Must reside in Georgia and work daily from the Headquarters Office in ATL Strong marketing and communication skills Strong meeting planning skills Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Public relations know-how and experience managing an outside PR firm Experience developing marketing strategies and campaigns Marketing background (sales background desired) Working experience in the airline, hospitality or other travel-related industry Bachelors degree required Preferred assets include: Minimum of 5 years marketing experience within the airline, hospitality or other travel-related industry.
