•Develop and maintain documented instructions for proper set up and operation of processes.
•Establish and review labor standards for manufacturing processes.
•Provide programming support for robotic and automated equipment.
•Define tooling requirements preventative maintenance schedule to ensure capable processes.
•Provide assistance to management in determining labor and tooling costs when quoting new business.
•Define flow for new processes and recommend improvements to flow for existing processes.
•Assist in development of quality plan and PPAP support for new products.
•Provide recommendations on capital equipment expenditures as required.
•Assist and lead problem solving and process improvement activities as directed.
•Provide support in investigation of quality complaints and implementing corrective actions.
