The candidate must have seven to ten years programming and analysis experience with three to five years in a senior programmer/analyst capacity, including project management experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Products, specifically Visual Studio 2005, VB.Net, DB2, SQL and exhibit excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills.
The candidate must have the ability to supervise a team of one to more programmers/analyst.Performs project management functions by providing project time estimates/target dates and planning and organizing programming tasks.Monitors project progress and make adjustments in workflow, personnel and target dates as needed.The candidate must also adhere to company's policies and procedures.Salary 75-80k.
Specifications / Qualifications
Seven to ten years programming and analysis experience with three to five years in a senior programmer/analyst capacity, including project management experience with several major systems installations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Products, specifically Visual Studio 2005, VB.Net, DB2, SQL
Completion of PFS University Management Skills curriculum within one year
Knowledge of the operations and procedures of the assigned functional user area
Mastery levels of proficiency in organization , verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
