Position Summary:
* Responsible for delivery of 24x7 Managed Security Services
* GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA) certification is required within 90 days of hire
* GIAC Certified Firewall Analyst (GCFW) is preferred
* Expert understanding of security technologies including Firewalls, VPN, Intrusion Detection/Prevention
* Demonstrated proficiency (via certification and/or extensive management experience) with one or more of the following security products: Firewall-1, PIX, Snort IDS, RealSecure IDS, Manhunt IDS, Dragon IDS, Okena (Cisco), Entercept (NAI), etc.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Outstanding customer service skills
