The maintenance engineer is responsible for assisting the Facilities/Environmental Manager, in plant maintenace, construction, safety and environmental considerations of the the production facilities; also, implementation of an effective preventative maintenance program. -Plan, design and implement and effective PM program. -Facilitate the implementation automation and mfg technology. -Assist with coordination of the maintenance department in both building and equpment maintenance. -Assist in communicatation with government entities to meet compliance with all environmental laws and requirements. -Deal with and coordinate contractors and vendors involved in maintenance, construction and consolidation. -Producte AutoCAD drawings as necessary to support both building and equipment mainenance.
Ideal candidates will posses a BS Degree in Mechancial Engineering or Industrial Engineering and jproject management experience with MINIMUM ONE year of engineering experience including a background in Prevenative Maintenance. Candidates must have technical competence in process discipline and capable iwth CAD systems.
