Our growth is your opportunity. Responsibilities and Tasks

•General understanding of equipment in assigned area.
•Duties will include lubrication maintenance of equipment in assigned
area.
•Ability to trouble-shoot basic machinery mechanical problems.
•Ability to satisfactorily perform assigned general maintenance tasks.
•Have an understanding of basis electrical trouble-shooting.
•Able to set-up and make minor adjustments to equipment without direct
supervision.
•Have a good working knowledge of the department.
•Have a good working relationship with production personnel in the
department.
•Demonstrated proficiency in basic plumbing and welding.
•Competent in all requirements for General Maintenance Mechanic.
•Be able to trouble-shoot all mechanical problems in the department.
•Be able to trouble-shoot basic electrical problems in the department.
•Demonstrated proficiency in hydraulics and the plant's hydraulic
systems.
•Demonstrated proficiency in light fabrication.

Minimum Skill Levels and Work Experience:

•Electrical license (preferred)
•Wastewater and Offal experience. (preferred)
•Ability to operate pumps and motors. (preferred)
•Ability to operate machine tools, power tools, forklift, welding
equipment.
•Ability to lift/carry 75-100 pound objects and repetitively lift/carry
20-50 pound objects.
•Ability to distinguish between sounds or vibrations for equipment
repair
•Ability to distinguish colors for electronic wiring work.
•Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics, troubleshoot
production equipment, and communicate effectively with machine
operators and vendors, and work closely with other team members.
