BearingPoint's Real Estate and Capital Asset Solutions practice provides organizational optimization, business process improvement and information technology implementation and integration services for corporate real estate and enterprise asset management departments of Fortune 500 corporations, in the US and Global 2,000 firms internationally.
BearingPoint's Real Estate and Capital Asset Solutions team, within our Management Consulting Global Group, is seeking exceptionally talented professionals to join our team as Consultants responsible for providing Maximo technical application development and support to key large scale project implementations.

Performance Profile:
These positions require experience in a highly dynamic environment with high service level expectations. As a member of the project team, you will be required to interact with clients and third party vendors in meetings and manage application enhancements by gathering requirements, creating technical design documents, performing analysis, and testing. You will also be learning and applying BearingPoint's consulting methodologies to all of your work deliverables.
The successful candidate will be able to translate requirements to detailed software design, implementation and testing for Maximo, JAVA/J2EE web applications; support full life cycle development and work with testers to resolve defects.
Qualifications Required:
Must have a minimum of one year experience in Maximo software applications and related work experience
Must possess the ability to implement Corporate Real Estate systems in at least one of the following areas:
- project management
- lease administration
- facilities management
Must be able to drive all phases of the project life-cycle; from understanding business requirements through to successful product launch.
Perform the necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues, solution requirements, and related benefits.
Create and assist colleagues with development of reports and databases using MS Access or MS SQL.
Assist in preparing and analyzing project plans and sales presentations using MS Project or MS Visio.
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work closely with users, cross functional teams, and external vendors.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical Skills
Strong knowledge and experience with Java/J2EE development, software design methodologies, and understanding of object oriented programming.
Reporting skills: one of the following - Actuate, Crystal and MS Reporting Services, MS Access
Successful candidate must have strong knowledge of data warehousing techniques, architecture, storage, and reporting of real time data.
Corporate Real Estate experience is an asset.
Education: Undergraduate degree required.
Travel: Must be able to travel up to 75%.
