Description:
Responsible for targeting and launching new ad campaigns on ad serving system. Must be task-oriented with a strong sense for process, systems, and detail for trafficking ads. Ensure that campaigns start and end on time. Daily interaction with sales staff to ensure all creative materials are delivered on time. Create traffic reporting and analyze existing campaigns to ensure consistent quality performance.
Responsibilities:
·Implement ad requirements on ad server (DoubleClick’s DFP) per order/follow-up requests.
·Work directly with sales team to assist advertisers on day to day campaign needs.
·Review ad performance relative to campaign objectives and perform optimization to ensure each campaign receives the highest amount of return for the advertiser.
·Provide reports on campaign performance on a regular frequency.
·Ensure all relevant campaign and billing information is accurately captured on orders.
·Act as liaison between Sales team and Ad Ops.
·Implement and test rich media.
·Some inventory analysis
Requirements:
·1-2 yrs. prior trafficking experience with DFP or equivalent ad server preferred.
·Previous exposure to web publishing or online advertising.
·Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Flash a plus.
·Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, major CRM systems (SalesForce) is required.
·Outstanding customer service skills and exceptional eye for detail.
·Self-starter with the desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
·Must be proactive in identifying and solving problems.
·Must be able to thrive independently as well as participate as part of a larger team.
