Our progressive, well established, thriving AAHA practice in NEWNAN Georgia, Dogwood Veterinary Hospital and Laser Center, is seeking a PRACTICE MANAGER with a professional “can do” attitude, who shares our core values:“Excellence, Commitment, Compassion”.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

- Personnel: All HR functions including hiring, training, disciplinary actions, benefits administration, CE, etc
- Financial:Full range of reporting, interpreting data, recommendations, policies, procedures, A/R, A/P, etc
- Customer Service:Ensure complete client satisfaction
- Marketing: Implement strategic plan, including advertising, website updates, brochures, newsletters, etc
- Inventory Control: Oversee and maintain systems and procedures which control and value inventory

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

-Four Year Degree
-5-7 Years Previous Veterinary Management Experience preferable, but we’re willing to consider other Professional Firm Administrator experience
-Expert level proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook, and some basic network troubleshooting necessary
-Quickbooks experience required
-Avimark experience helpful, but not required
