Job Description
Primrose School implements a CITA/SACS accredited program and is seeking a Director responsible for the overall day to day management of the school’s operations.This position requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Required Experience
Candidates must have at least three years of management experience in a preschool, including prior responsibility for the supervision of staff, management of parent relations, control of operational cost.

Position Responsibilities
- Maintain the safety, security, and well-being of the school’s children, parents, and staff
- Ensure that the school is run in accordance with Standard of Excellence policies and requirements, and in compliance with all state licensing standards.
- Ensure that all goals for curriculum implementation, staff management and training, parent communication, financial performance, record keeping, building and grounds maintenance, and community outreach are met.
