We are a leading independent provider of multi-vendor refurbished printers, spare parts, and repair services.We operate across the entire channel of used printer hardware.We supply to the country’s largest network of franchisees in the recharger industry.
WHAT WE WANT:
We are looking for a Printer Engineer who will also be handling Technical Support calls that are generated through an online support ticket system.Tech support experience not necessary as long as you have a pleasant phone voice and are willing to learn.
The ideal candidate would be a field service technician that is ready for an office job, someone who is tired of being on the road all day.We need someone inquisitive, with an eagerness to get to the root of a problem.This position doesn’t end with just a phone call, as the printers must be repaired when they are returned to us.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Troubleshooting and repairing printer hardware over the phone
Keeping updated records on internal company database
Refurbish and repair printer hardware, mostly laserjet technology
Other duties as required
WORK SCHEDULE:
Salary is $28K annually.Hours will be Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm with a 1 hour lunch break.Normal holiday hours apply.Benefits available.
