Duties-- •Manage Implementations – Coordinate with customers to manage the design, configuration and deployment of products; including collecting configuration data, scheduling training and implementation and converting legacy system data. •Manage Implementation Team – Responsible for scheduling and supervision of project implementation specialists. •Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships – Ensure customer satisfaction and acceptance at product delivery. Respond to customer requests and questions and act as primary liaison regarding customer driven development requests. •Assist with sales activities – Participate in sales calls to prospective clients and deliver high-level software demonstrations as required. •Assist with the resolution of technical issues – Work closely with Implementation Specialists and Technical Support Team to resolve any customer related technical issues. •Co-ordinate the Rollout of Software Releases and Updating Software Licenses – Schedule the implementation of softwareupgrades and release notes to existing clients Required: •4 Year Degree •5 + years experience in a Management role in the Hospitality industry •Experience in Property Management a +++++ •Excellent communication and written skills •Experience with SQL server 2000 & 2005, Windows, and basic knowledge of hotel software and applications (like reservation systems) They are going to based here in ATL with at max 10% travel worldwide.
