What we are looking for:
Event Production Manager (temporary employee)
Hands-on management of production services for multiple event marketing projects. As Event Production Manager you will be working in a fast-paced environment with some of the most recognized brands in the world.
You will be responsible for:
-logistical planning, coordination and sourcing
-production of a variety of non-standard event components and marketing deliverables
-budget and timeline responsibility for each project/deliverable
-coordinating with purchasing/estimating, account services and staffing
-supervision of shipments and storage for a variety of event marketing projects
-vehicle and equipment custom fabrication
-user training and safety training on vehicles or equipment
-making a positive contribution to the project’s impact and profitability
Responsibilities:
•Manage logistical planning of multiple event marketing projects and components
•Manage multiple tasks and creatively solve any challenges
•Coordinate with purchasing/procurement, warehousing, staffing, creative and account services
•Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
Education, Experience, and Skills:
•Prefer college diploma with 1-3 years college courses in Logistics or related field– will accept a wealth of hands-on experience in event project/production management
•Minimum 3 years experience in Event Production Services, Project Management, or Field Operations
•Must have previous AUTOCAD knowledge
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred
•Proficient with internet research
•Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and E-mail protocols
•Professional appearance and well organized
•High energy and positive attitude
Must be Atlanta Based, No relocation provided. This is a temporary position
Salary Commensurate with experience
