Seeking qualified candidates for a Production Manager opportunity in Canton, GA.
*This candidate will be managing the entire Plastics Production Team and its Supervisors.
*Will report directly to Vice President of Mfg and will have 6 supervisors reporting to them.
*Must have be a strong administrator (interviewing, hiring, counseling, analysis studies, etc).
*Must be well versed with injection molding and various plastic materials
*Experience working with budgets, forecasting and purchasing.
*Experience with waste reduction (semi-annual bonuses tied to this key factor)
*Would be ideal to have Metals Experience
*Will report at 7:30 am and typically leave around 6pm.
*Must have 8 years experience leading a team/management in the Automotive Industry
-Must be certified in TS 16949 and ISO 14001
-Must have lean experience
-Must have a four year degree.
