The candidate must have experience in managing Architectural, Structural, Civil and MEP designers in the preparation of contract documents for building construction projects. Experience in construction administration is also required. It is preferred that a portion of that experience be related to parking structure design. Associated computer, technical, organizational, communication and teamwork skills are required. Professional registration is required; a master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.The ideal candidate is to be a person who is outgoing and a people person.Who can be a face for the company, and who has project management experience and loves it.
