Responsibilities: The Enterprise Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned Enterprise Engineering projects. The Enterprise Project Manager will create and manage project plan(s) in accordance with ACS Solution Center guidelines, working with Enterprise Engineering group managers & team leaders for resource planning, management and escalation; work with technical leads for project estimation, project reporting and escalation as required. The Enterprise Engineering Project Manager will be single point of contact for EE project reporting, working with other organization / team project managers for planning, facilitation and execution of project tasks to ensure an on-time and on-budget quality delivery. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience Goal-oriented, able to work through roadblocks, focus on the development/deployment details, and bring about project closure Communicate well with technical and non-technical personnel Experience in managing staff as resources and matrix management Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar project tools Minimum of 8 years experience managing the development of large J2EE based applications Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
