Sr. Project Manager - Developer of office, warehouse, and retail
Description
Large National Developer/Builder seeks a Sr. PM for the Atlanta division.
This firm develops, builds, and operates their own projects as well as constructing projects for other developers. They are searching for a seasoned Sr. PM to work with the development staff, the local government authorities, and local contractors throughout the pre-construction, contractor selection, construction, up to occupancy of the project.
This person will be responsible for managing office, warehouse, and retail projects in the Atlanta market.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 8 years experience in the construction side of development working either for a developer or a GC and have experience with design/build projects.
Candidates must have the desire to be involved in all phases of the project from concept to occupancy.
The person must have experience as a PM for a developer or GC on at least 4 office and/or warehouse projects, additional retail project experience is a plus.
This person must also have knowledge of the local municipalities and understand the process required to gain approval for the project, then the technical and managerial ability to see it through construction.
