Project Technical Lead
Minimum Requirements:
•9+ years of related experience designing and developing real-time C/C++ embedded software systems
•7+ years of technical leadership managing small to medium sized teams comprised of combination of internal and external (3rd party) off site resources and leading small to medium embedded software development teams
•10+ years of managing silicon and software providers
Education Requirement:
•BS degree in CS or EE
Preferred Experience:
•MS degree preferred
•10+ years working in the Cable Industry
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly
•Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interface with the customers in various countries
•Ability to assess skill sets needed to perform specific tasks
•Ability to analyze and negotiate project schedules with 3rd parties
•Ability to create and defend detailed project plans
Travel:
Approximately 50%, mostly International.
