**PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT****
Nationally recognized Atlanta based Property Management and Investment firm seeking top notch Property Accountant.
This client is conveniently located in beautiful class A office space.

Responsibilities include month-end close. Reconciliation of accounts on a monthly basis. Monthly calculation of operating expenses by tenant, coding and reviewing accounts payable.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produce and audit monthly financial statements
Assist property management in annual budget process
Assist in the annual operating expense audits
Assist with quarterly reforecast
Update projected cash flow schedules throughout the year
Post monthly rent, ensuring compliance with lease agreements
Reconcile all balance sheet accounts
Calculate depreciation and amortization.
Reconciliation monthly bank statement
Hospitality Accounting experience a plus
Property Accounting Software with Advanced level of MS Word and Excel required.
CAM Reconciliation
Retail Property Accounting a plus
Quailfications:
2 + years corporate accounting experience, and bachelors degree in Accounting required
GPA 3.0>
CPA or CPA candidates preferred
