Duties:
Perform various types of testing on a complex Internet business application: black and white box, performance, load/stress, automated, regression, infrastructure and freelance testing
Work under lead supervision within team of QA Engineers
Utilize artifacts from various stages of the software development life cycle to perform the above duties (including but not limited to business/system requirements, software prototypes, models, and historical test documentation)
Act as system and business rule expert on complex internet business application
Validate internal and externally reported software and system issues
Confer with product strategy, development, and client service constituents to identify appropriate implementation plan for software and system changes
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Have 2-5 solid years of experience testing web-based or client-server applications
Understand and have experience with all phases of software development life cycle
Know how to translate business requirements into test cases
Have incredible analytical skills
