REQUIRED (minimum):
# Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
# 10 plus years experience as a Quality Professional where progressive growth has been demonstrated
# 5 plus years experience in process development, re-engineering, or software methodology development
# Demonstrated success in managing a team of professionals
# Excellent oral and written communication skills
# Demonstrated success implementing Quality Management tools and techniques
# Demonstrated experience on software development projects
PREFERRED:
# Experience implementing a formal Quality Management System (QMS)
# Experience with quality and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Kaizen
# Experience leading major customer satisfaction initiatives
# Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
# 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager/Lead
# Green or Black Belt Six Sigma certification
# Knowledge of CMMI, IEEE, PMBOK Standards and best practices
# Knowledge of Rational Unified Process
# American Society for Quality certifications
# Demonstrated proficiency in adapting/tailoring best practices/processes to business needs
