Job Description:
Serve as a Records Analyst to one of our global clients for a major records management initiative relating to our client’s safety, health and environmental documents. The goal of this project is to identify, review, index and categorize these records in accordance with new records categories being developed by the client. The scope of this project will include all of our client’s plant sites in the United States and has an estimated duration of approximately 2 -3 years. This position will be responsible for visiting plant sites and identifying, reviewing, indexing and categorizing applicable documents at such plant sites. We are looking to assemble multiple teams in different regions throughout the Unites States and as a result, we are looking for candidates in each of the Northeast, Midwest and the South.
Some Responsibilities:
Identifying the location of applicable documents at plant sites
Developing an index of such applicable documents
Processing documents in accordance with worklows and record categories established prior to the start of the project
Escalating any project issues to the applicable Team Lead as required
Extensive travel required to various plant sites; however, every attempt will be made to keep travel within region
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Three years or more experience with records management projects
Ability to use sound judgment
Good organizational skills and follow through
Excellent oral and written communication skills
