Building on a great year highlighted by earning one of the biggest RPO contracts ever awarded, we’re looking for a skilled professional, with an outlook for team and client success, who can support our ongoing growth at our client’s site in Atlanta as a Recruitment/HR Coordinator.Working strategically to fulfill client hiring needs while leveraging the breadth of our capabilities, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Pro-actively communicating with clients
  • Coordinating on-site interview events and recruitment and hiring activities
  • Identifying clients’ changing business needs
  • Creatively resolving client issues
  • Reviewing performance data and analyzing results
  • Processing pre-employment checks
  • Assisting in establishing and meeting client metrics
  • Facilitating human resources on-boarding processes
  • Coordinating daily operations of the candidate recruitment center in Atlanta
  • Maintaining compliance with applicant files and Applicant Tracking System
  • Tracking and reporting of applicants at hiring events
  • Measuring and managing client satisfaction
Our ideal candidate will have experience in RPO, recruiting, recruitment advertising, human resources or a related field, along with a Bachelor’s degree and be willing to work an 8am to 5pm schedule, Monday thru Friday. Strong initiative, the ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, business acumen, and outstanding attention to detail will help define the right person.
