My step-father recently passed away and my mom would like to sell their RV campsite timeshare at Mountain Lakes Resort, near Helen, Ga.
This is a clear title timeshare, which allows you TWO full weeks EVERY MONTH.
The price of the RV timeshare is $2,000.
My parents paid $5,500 for the timeshare in 1990. According to a Mountain Lakes Resort representative, this type of timeshare, when they are available, are selling for $7,500. Feel free to call them yourself.
The yearly dues, which are paid for until Jan. 2009, are around $550, which gives you access to the clubhouse, pool, etc.
This is not the usual campground timeshare where you are locked into one spot.
You can choose any spot (first come) in HORSESHOE TRAILS. You can also reserve a spot (I think there are some restrictions for holidays...at least they used to)
Please note, once again - this timeshare is for a RV campsite, NOT a cabin...
