SUMMARY Performs maintenance and repair of all facility?s equipment to assure a continuous source of light, heat, water, power and temperature control. Recommends necessary changes in the facility and its equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Checks all electrical, lighting, and temperature control systems to ensure they are functioning properly at all times. Repairs any failures in all casino lighting fixtures electrical systems, or temperature control units. Incorporate the FISH Philosophy into every-day work activities. Other duties as assigned. ACCESS TO RESTRICTED AREAS None without permission and proper escort. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid Colorado Drivers License. Ability to operate power and hand tools. Ability to work from schematics, blueprints, sketches, or oral directions preferred. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years previous maintenance experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Speak and read English PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop and climb. Must be able to work from a ladder. WORK
