An amazing opportunity for an experienced Recruiting/Staffing professional is available, based in the Greater Atlanta area. A local recruiting agent is seeking an individual with a drive to succeed, who is interested in forming a virtual staffing company.
The primary responsibility for this position is to identify potential clients, recruit candidates and generate revenue through maintaining current client needs while establishing new business.
Opportunity Description
* Uses persuasive sales techniques to bring on new clients.
* Arranges and conducts site visits and recruiting calls.
* Maintains industry and product knowledge, adapting to changes in the market/competition.
* Minimum travel; when deemed necessary.
*Telecommute
Minimum Requirements
*6+ years experience in staffing, recruiting.
*Experience with Account Management.
*Experience developing business partners, and business management.
*Experience in informal and formal presentations.
* Must be able to work under deadlines and manage several projects simultaneously.
*Goal oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
*Must have a great phone presence.
* Ability to lead and open minded enough to follow work well with alone and with team members.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong balance of client management skills, facilitation skills, analytical skills and project management skills
