We are currently seeking an experienced multi-unit manager who will be based in Georgia to lead our operations in the growing Southeast Region.Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Regional Manager will oversee and direct day to day operations at locations throughout the state including development & coaching of site managers; employee productivity & engagement; customer relationship management; and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and company guidelines.This individual may also participate in development of new business opportunities.
Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering discipline (MBA preferred) along with 8-10 years of solid management experience in a contract services, manufacturing or processing environment (food processing strongly preferred).Must have demonstrated ability to communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise and improve job results; and implement & ensure compliance with systems, policies & procedures.Proven track record of managing multiple projects and making sound business decisions is a must.Must have excellent oral and written communication skills; bi-lingual (English & Spanish) candidates are highly desirable.Travel is required, some overnight (about 50-75%).Position to be based in home office.We offer competitive salary and benefits, 401k, and a casual, friendly work environment.Interested candidates should send resume to jobs@superiorcontractcleaners.com or fax to 856.809.1372.
