Regional Sales Representative

CAD/CAM/Estimating Software for HVAC, Mechanical, & Piping Contractors
TSI, a rapidly growing software company, is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with HVAC, Mechanical, and Piping/Plumbing Contractors, resulting in sales of our Autodesk® based CAD-Duct Sheet Metal CAD and CAD-Mech Piping/Plumbing CAD, our CAM-Duct Sheet Metal Plasma Cutting Software and our EST-Duct Sheet Metal and EST-Mech Piping/Plumbing Estimating software. You will employ your sales experience to provide software solutions for commercial and light industrial HVAC, Mechanical, and Piping/Plumbing contractors. In this role your key responsibility will be to work closely with TSI sales management and technical sales associates to schedule sales presentations and effect closure of sales opportunities.
Tasks essential to this position include:
Evaluate prospect's needs and determine if the client meets sales profile
Develop territorial sales plans
Working with sales team to perform on-site demonstrations
Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction
Continuous upgrade of computer skills
Ability to travel 65% to 85% of the time
Required Experience & Skills:
3-5 years HVAC, Mechanical, or Piping/Plumbing industry experience
3-5 years sales experience a plus
CAD & Estimating Experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in HVAC, Mechanical, or Piping Plumbing Construction
Experience in direct sales
Ability to work in a small, fast-paced environment
Ability to quickly assimilate clients needs into a specific product mix
Ability to tailor content of sales presentations to meet the needs of the client
Ability to effectively handle multiple critical accounts and maintain customer relations
Compensation: Base salary, generous on-site training day compensation, company expense account, 401K and employee health plan
