Rehabilitation of historic sites in St Vincent de Barres

Volunteer project: It has been with the will to safeguard and develop its inheritance that the town has committed itself to a huge program of rehabilitation of its site. Together with a professional mason and local volunteers, the international group will continue the restoration work of the medieval borough in a very friendly atmosphere.

Accommodation: In a municipal building.
Location: Located in Ardèche, 10 km from Privas, St Vincent de Barrès is a small village of 500 inhabitants. Perched on a rock peak, it is an isolated site but of high quality. It is a medieval village which has numerous vestiges of fortifications, narrow lanes, and arched passages. Nearest towns are Montelimar (20 km), Privas (20 km) and Valence (50 km).
Age range: 18 - 30 years old
