Accomplished relocation professional is needed as a Client Service Manager Relocation service provider seeks a Client Service Manager to oversee the business-to-business relationship with the client. Position is responsible for transitioning new clients, including service agreement and pricing negotiations, as well as future renegotiations/renewals. Goal is 100% retention of clients. Successful candidate will be very experienced with assisting clients with solutions to relocation-related challenges and with introducing the client to new or unused services. This position will also ensure that regularly scheduled reports to clients are delivered. Regularly scheduled in-person reviews of our services are also to be accomplished on a timely basis. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related study; accomplished relocation professional, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ in a client service role; Certified Relocation Professional (CRP); real estate salesperson’s license; ability to deliver presentations before groups and respond to questions; exemplary interpersonal skills required.
