Pathways Community Network is seeking proposals from individuals and/or organizations that are interested in providing Confidentiality & Ethics software training delivery on a contractual basis.The primary training audience is Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) users.
Training sessions will be scheduled by Pathways Community Network throughout the Georgia.Training sessions will include components on HMIS use.Curriculum is provided by Pathways Community Network.Classes run approximately two hours for Confidentiality & Ethics Training sessions.Trainings are conducted via classroom, web-cast and some one-on-one.
Some travel may be required, and is reimbursed based on the Georgia Statewide Travel Regulations.
Instructor requirements:
Instructor must be able to set up equipment for training classes if needed, including laptop, LCD projector and room configuration.
Instructor must possess at least three years experience in classroom software/technical training delivery.
Instructor must possess a degree in Social Work, or equivalent degree; and/or demonstrated professional experience qualifying him or her to effectively train for this particular type of training.
Instructor must be willing and able to train both experienced and inexperienced users.
Instructor must attend T3 (Train the Trainer) sessions on expected delivery content.Instructor must keep current on any Federal, State and local requirements in this field.

To respond to this RFP, interested persons must submit a summary of their qualifications and experience, and proposed pricing for their services.Organizations may also submit responses, and their responses should include specific information about their training staff, including individual qualifications and experience levels, along with proposed pricing.
