Growing concrete company in the Metro area seeks an EXPERIENCED Concrete Job site manager.
Must be able to:
*Possess a GA EPD Blue Card
*Possess a current and active drivers License
*Complete concrete takeoffs and job costs for slabs, basements, flatwork and occasional commercial jobs.
*Manage subcontractors effectively
*Operate a Bobcat
*Speak English,(some knowledge of Spanish is a plus)
*Schedule effectively
*Order materials from suppliers while maintaining budgets
