U Restaurants, owners of award winning Sotto Sotto, Fritti, Beleza and Cuerno Restaurants are hiring.
We are looking for qualified managers for Cuerno, our authentic Spanish restaurant and Beleza, our Brazilian inspired lounge.
If you have:
• A passion for food and at least three years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management experience.
• Exceptional guest service orientation
• A strong knowledge of wine.
• The ability to operate a computer, P.O.S. system, spreadsheet and word processing programs.
• The ability to oversee and manage staff.
• The stamina to work 50 to 60 plus hours per week as position requires.
